H1N1 draws close to home
So i visited my mom in the hospital over the weekend.
She was confined in the isolation ward with high fever days after returning from her vacation.
Fortunately, turned out it was'nt H1N1.
And she got a really nice comfy ward because she was a suspected case and i heard they showered those suspected patients with really hospitable service. Hospitable service in the hospital, how ironic. Hehehehe...
Anyway, mommy is discharged today, and all's back to normalcy.
You hear about H1N1 day in day out, and to actually be in such close proximity to the ongoings, and to witness the chaos at the hospital really hits home the intensity and unpredictability of the situation.
I'm just glad things ended well for us this time round.....
